ChatOn - AI Chat Bot Assistant

Weak. Can't upload images for reference, the app can't view them. I bought the app for image assistance and it can't even do the job right. It doesn't do a good job of keeping track of previous conversations for refetence. Ai acts as if its working with me for the 1st time, every time... even in the same conversation. Definitely canceling as soon as my subscription ends!

it's a little tricky sometimes to get the right wording of prompts, but once you figure it out it gets easier and easier to generate what you want. For images, it seems to not be as good as dedicated image generators. Overall I have been enjoying my experience. It's cool to figure out unexpected ways for it to be a useful tool. It has actually been the brainstorming assistant I needed to help me get from a basic novel plot idea to an entire outline of the full book, and helps with research

No experience, every single ai chat app is the exact same. Same layout, same messages, all powered by the same company an os, but all charge different amounts for the trial period, even though they are all the exact same. I wanted to try this app out but I will not subscribe to an app, and I should not have to sign up for a free trial, just put a timer on the license, and make the app inoperable without paying for it.

It has lower models and only allows 5 free prompts per day. if i go to literally any of the originals and their current updated models, I can get maybe 25 prompts before being told I gotta wait a few hours for 25 more prompts. by that logic, you get at least 125 prompts daily on the likes of Grok or Claude AI, and all in all better quality. or you can use ChatGPT and get basically infinite prompts, with you needing to wait a few hours every 3 months. so yeah, 1 star compared to others.

Another cash grab. Can't see the features or use the app without a reoccurring subscription. Free trial requires a credit card at a hefty $6.99 a week... for a phone app. You shouldn't need to automatically require a credit card if your app is worth it. Set a timer for the app or limit the functionality of the app to give the consumer a taste, and if it's worth it, they'll throw money at it.
