Glam AI: Video & Photo Editor

There were AI pics that were created that looked absolutely horrible. I either had extra fingers, body parts were deformed looking, and yet it still deducted my coins!! You can't get anyone to talk to or speak with you..just an AI bot. I even tried uploading the deformed looking pics to prove the results and the app wouldn't allow the upload. I'm frustrated because my coins were used and the results were not satisfactory and there's no way of getting them back.

It's ok. It used to be way better until they updated it recently. I've had a Pro account for awhile and things were great! Almost all images were free until I hit 100 in a day, plus I would get more coins on a recurring schedule. Now with the new update, as a Pro account...most images cost coins and no more coins every month. The Pro account is now bottom of the line... it's either Pro or $100 to upgrade to the next tier (which has most of the perks Pro used to have). I can't afford that ☹

1 start s I promised, the app started well, pretty impressive. I liked the way the AI pictured me. I started to love the black color of my hair. After using it for free, I decided to pay $22 for unlimited shots. And this is when the app started to fail big time. I spoke with customer service; they tried to help but not much. My pictures were fixed for a bit, and the results became way worse. So I have been deleting the profile pics, trying to upload better ones. I don't think it's going to work.

has tried to charge my card even after I uninstalled the app and cancelled it. used it for one day during the 7 day free trail. The charge was taken out today, and I do not have the app installed. Google play is not showing they took it out and I can't even request a refund. people do not install this app. they will rob you blind. claiming a free trial to only charge you afterwards. I want my damn money back... period

Bait and switch scheme!!!!! At first it was great! I got everything I paid for. Then all of a sudden access to most of the models disappeared unless I upgraded to an even higher tier. How many times do I have to upgrade? Absolutely no response from them. Seems like a classic bait and switch scheme to me.
