GoFan: Buy Tickets to Events

This app is pretty good for my schools sports game tickets! The reason for my two star rating is that that app never opens. It crashes as soon as the app opens, and then when I try again, it does the same. I have contacted the developer, and nothing has helped. they just give me the advice of delete/reinstall and stuff like that. It still doesn't work. The reason this is rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because I can buy my tix on the website and then open them in the app through my email. - Keith

On 3-9-26 I purchased three sets of tickets which I never received. The next day I had to purchase three new sets that were received. Customer Support was inadequate and refused to help. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to resolve the issue and file a report with the BBB. Be very careful using this service.

overall have had a good experience with app. easy to find your school and easy to purchase tickets. only complaint is with the all sports pass. this should give me access to all events at my school. but it is programmed to only allow one use per day so on days with multiple events you only get admission to one event. I shared this with the support staff and they responded quickly. hopefully we will see a fix for this in the future.

Do not buy tickets before arriving at venue, if there are changes or you are unable to attend for whatever reason they will not refund your tickets and they charge a convenience fee for each ticket purchased instead of per transaction.

Not the most convenient app in the world, and I don't really have any school events to attend.
