Advance Auto Parts + Tools/Acc

I used to love this app for convenience, but lately it's moving at a snails pace and it doesn't like to link to my PayPal account which is my preferred payment method. I like having to order and pick up what I need and move on since my work day is early and long. nothing against in store shopping, but if I know what I need the app is a better option for me but so annoying it loads so slow.

App takes forever to open either from clicking on the app directly or from a Google search and clicking on the part. I can't stand using Advance Auto Parts due to that. Follow up to reply. It's happened on all phones I've had over the last few years, phone service is not the issue weather wifi or network. It happens all the time and none of my other apps have the issue. My friends have the same slow opening on their phones also.

The store is great. Their app not so much. If I don't sign out of my profile every single time that I use the app the next time I open it it just says ugh cuz this is frustrating. We're experiencing problems on our end. I then have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to be able to use it. It's been this way for 2 years now. I've called to report it still 2 years later. Still the same problem every single time

Great app but it takes almost 10 minutes to get it self together before I can even use it. On Wi-Fi or LTE on my new Samsung Fold7. I've reinstalled the app and same results. What's even worse is that if you Google the site, the app hijacks it and opens up, so the site is also usless. Also not reassuring that they have had this problem for over a year now without any fixes. At that point just use Autozone.

This is a great app. Except for the fact that every time I hit the recent apps button and select another app, it goes back to Advance. Basically saying that I have to stay on Advance. So in order to go back to what I was on, I have to hit the home button, then go where I was gonna go. I wish they would get this fixed, because it's been happening for a while now, and I'm over having to remember to do it a different way just for one app Edit 2/26/26: STILL HAPPENING! GET IT FIXED!!!
