2★It's really irritating that you can only add a single photo, which you then have to describe, save, tell it to add another item then do it all over again. So slow and time consuming. It would be much easier to just upload multiple photos and have the option to add descriptions if needed. I won't be getting as far as getting the popup to pay for the app because I don't have time for this.

5★I just got these labels and have been cataloging items to put into storage. My experience has been wonderful and problem free. The app is super fast for me, intuitive, and easy to work with. I also downloaded it on my iPhone to see how the syncing would be across platforms, and it works perfectly. I was able to continue where I left off while charging the other phone. One wish list item would be the ability to export this info into an Excel or CSV file. That would be huge, if possible! 🙏

3★Great concept that still falls a little short. When we look into a box and there are pictures of items, only some of the items have the pictures displayed that we uploaded. If we click on an item, the picture is cropped at the top and bottom, which makes identification difficult in some cases (stuffed animals have the head and feet cropped off). When we click back to the box, the item we were viewing shows up with a picture, but now one other picture is missing. Every picture behaves this way

3★the app looks really nice, but the app functionally sucks. nothing ever wants to load. it won't let me add pictures for different items. to add anything to a box I have to add it, let the circle of death run for a bit, close out the app, reopen the app and hope it actually went through. I've been trying for over an hour and I've only gotten 3 things added to a box. I'm still going to use it, but it does suck. I really hope they work out the kinks because it's such a good concept.

2★I bought the labels in 2023 for moving. there was no mention of once you catalog your stuff that you have to pay to access it. I discovered the required payment plans when opening the app to see if I had catalogued something already before I move again, only to find out I cannot open ANYTHING I've scanned in. No email about it, no notice via the app that this was changing (granted I haven't opened the app in a while), no free plan option. it's bullhonkey. oh, and the app freezes a lot.
