AVG Cleaner – Storage Cleaner

Too many notifications and unnecessary requests to upgrade and pay more, and more. UPDATE. I paid for the app. I selected 'no' to some excessive and intrusive requests, but the app continues to ask me for more permissions to gain access. At some point, the app should recognize this and stop requesting additional access and notifications. It is already working in the background. Stay in the background and refrain from constantly seeking affirmation and perspective. I am canceling the membership

Let me save those looking for a hidden cache cleaner some trouble: you won't find a free one. I've spent the last three hours downloading all kinds of apps, from well-known to unknown, and not one of them had a hidden cache/junk cleaner that you could use for free. It's like they all suddenly went to a meeting and decided to remove it from free versions, since it USED to be included with all apps' free versions. But not now. So, just buy this subscription. 1year=$12, 1mo.=$3/$4 (I forget which).

As far as I can tell the free version of AVG cleaner works well. It has ads, but they're not really intrusive. However, to a certain extent, I believe upgrading to the paid ad-free version would certainly be more advantageous. I have not upgraded, yet. I already pay for some of AVG's services, but I have yet to see a package offered that's all-inclusive full-service protection from AVG. I'd prefer everything all in app, with one yearly price, instead of having several different AVG apps.

This was an excellent app up until about a week ago. It worked great but now for some reason it is not working at all. It does not clean anything. When I use it and check the cleaning results it says "cleaned 0 bytes. system not supported." Why, after many years of using this app, would it suddenly quit working? I have sent two emails to customer support in regards to this and have yet to receive a response. I have a paid subscription for this app. It needs to be fixed. Update: App works now

AVG Cleaner, in my opinion is the best cleaning app on the market that has a basic FREE version that is GREAT! Of course, you can always upgrade, but I found that the basic version is just great for my Samsung Galaxy phone....Not too many ads, thank goodness, but if they offer a 30 day trial for the premium version, then I would subscribe...My device wasn't cheap, nor super expensive but I like to keep it running efficiently for the money I paid for it...I would definitely recommend this!
