AXS Tickets

this is completely unusable on a pixel. it will not let me login. I didn't realize that the app was the only option to access your tickets until 30 minutes before the show. I hurried and tried to login to the app beforehand and kept getting the error about being logged in elsewhere. I had to have someone else login to get the tickets on a different phone.

poor quality, doesn't work half the time, shows you look at once, even on accident, show up at the top of your search forever. I only got this app because it was the only way to actually use the ticket I bought. if you're looking for shows, just look online or use a different app *edit* this hasn't been a one time issue, the app has been bad since I got it.

just like everyone else this app constantly thinks I'm a bot. Buying tickets was nearly impossible. I sign in, it tells me I'm a robot and to click a link. I click that link, it provides another error! I go to customer support, they STILL can't fix it. They're supposed to contact me in 24 hours. What if I was in line at a concert and this happened? I'm glad I had the sense to try logging in a week early. AXS YOU'RE A COMPLETE JOKE!

When it matters most for an artist presale. neither app nor website allows you to sign in after clearing cache data storage cookies, resetting password, and reinstalling the app. causing you to lose out on cheap tickets and eventually forcing you to either not go to an event or paying overpriced resale tickets. useless. this was after contacting support as well and they couldn't do anything. they will be escalating but that will take 1 to 2 days which why does it matter anymore.

Absolutely hate purchasing tickets through this useless app/site. It thinks I'm a bot EVERYTIME. Multiple times I've joined a waiting room 30 min prior to ticket sale and when it's my turn after the queue, it gives me an error and makes me reload and join the queue, only to give me an error AGAIN. I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall, clear the cache and cookies, or make sure it's updated every. single. time. Get it together.
