1★this is the second time my trip has been derailed by the bait and switch scam that booking allows to continue. properties wait until the day before you're supposed to arrive and then message you telling to cancel your reservation for whatever reason, then you're left with no way to book another place to stay at a similar price because it is too close to arrival.

1★Recently, my experience with them has been unfavorable, having booked a room for a birthday getaway only to be informed upon arrival that there was no room available due to the reservation being canceled on the same day it was made, 6 weeks prior, without any notification. I was subsequently instructed to book an alternative room with the assurance of a full refund for the entire stay due to their error. However, they are now claiming that was not what was said even with a recorded conversation.

1★Terrible Customer Service. I mistakenly made a one night stay at two hotels and immediately corrected the error. Booking instead rescheduled the wrong one (for a fee). Attempting to contact Booking, I was unable and could only contact the property via message. All communications were messed up. I couldn’t make the change by calling the hotel because it came through a third party. This is ridiculous and I will not use this app anymore. (They were OK years ago. What happened?)

4★I love that the website is pretty much guaranteed to always have the lowest prices and then it makes booking simple whenever you don't want to prepay or need free cancellation...but the paperless confirmation requiring the app for is so unnecessary because this app is so god awfully slow!! Even with full Wi-Fi signal it takes FOREVER signing in or searching. I've booked twice in the last month and did so only through the site on Chrome!!!

2★says one price and boasts pay nothing until X date go to check out then it says actually you only get this price is you pay today otherwise it's plus 75 dollars. then after paying I got a pop up for airport taxi open it up and it's all in the wrong currency, not what I have set not what I just payed in not what's local but something else entirely.. a little dishonest and a little faulty. I've used it for many years and it just seems to be slipping in quality slowly but surely
