Carl's Jr.®

App has been worked on and seems to work a lot better than it did in the past though I know have a new and glaring issue where when it comes to checking out. I can no longer select an option to select my own tipping price, being made to choose between None, 10%, 15% and 20%. I would appreciate having the ability to choose my own tipping price again.

My experience is okay. I've always loved Carl's, Jrs but my deal with the app is that I have so many points and it doesn't really allow me to use them. it gives me discounts on things but like all the other apps I can get free food with my points. but for some reason at Carl's Jr's we can't use our points to get free food even though our money was turned into points. it just doesn't make any sense but it's just big corporations. can't expect anything from him

I have had a couple of times where when I ordered for later it still ordered it under ASAP, so if you're planning on getting something later in the day just wait to order it until then instead of trying to order ahead. Otherwise, the app works great. edit (since I don't know how else to respond to a response): I messed with it and found out it was because I went back and added fries to my order after setting the time on it.

I was next to a location and thought, maybe I'll order, why not. Well the reason is because the app doesn't give you prices before you click on the dumb item. So you're just sitting here clicking and clicking and clicking..... no thank you! I hope Carls jr and every company using this sales tactic fails and doesn't exist anymore. Plus it's hella expensive, go to in n out instead, it's cheaper. that's why they hide prices on the app.

this app used to work fantastic. however, it just absolutely sucks now. I cannot order food for pickup. thankfully though I can still access my code and coupons to be used in the restaurant. but today I didn't even get food since I couldn't pre-order it. I don't have time to stand around and wait. just really disappointed, please fix this.
