3★Easy to use and very informative. However. Starting to lose trust as now, when I buy, sell or trade, it isn't accurate live pricing. And always in coinbase favor. Never mine, so im converting higher than the true live price and losing and on the other end, when I was to sell, getting a higher loss as the price is lower than the live price. This is disappointing.

2★Edit: To whoever responded, there's no way to access that link when you can't sign in -- Original: There's something wrong with the app. Yesterday it signed me out, and it wasn't until I uninstalled it and tried going through the browser that I was able to access my account. There's no way to call or email customer service without being able to sign in, which I couldn't do from the browser for a while either.

3★I have the latest version of the app. yet, it is infuriatingly slow and sluggish and requires frequent refreshing during a single session and even more frequent restarts (especially when trying to see messages or details about specific coins). Their website works just fine at the same time. I'm forced to use their website on my phone just because they can't seem to be able to fix the app.. Sometimes reinstalling the app helps, but, typically, only for a short period of time.

1★Several weeks of attempting to reset my password have failed. I tried to create a new account with a different email; the app hangs at the "Continue" button when I try a different email. The self-help options are useless unless you can sign into your account. Trying to call customer support accomplishes nothing, as well. No way to regain access to my account or create a new one. Tried to reset my password using the correct steps and tried reinstalling the app multiple times. BEWARE!

1★Be careful with any promotions for new accounts. I bought my first $50 in BTC as part of a promotion to receive extra BTC. The app confirmed I met the requirements for the promotion during my purchase. However, fees are taken out of the purchase amount and not added on top of the purchase, so my $50 purchase was really $49.08 after the fees were applied and I didn't qualify. In addition, the app has had a lot of trouble showing me my up to date balance and returns, often taking days to update.
