1★I'd rate it lower if possible. I read the ad, it seemed interesting, I looked at the reviews and they were fairly positive. I saw that one person was accidentally charged for the "Free 7 day trail" but he contacted support and was refunded right away..... seemed okay I guess so I was careful to choose the free trail....and choose the 10.99 plan for after the trail. I was immediately charged the 10.99 ...but I figured customer service would help me. They did not. They refuse to refund it. SCAM

1★COMPLETE SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased the premium lifetime subscription based off how the advertisement portrayed the apps functionality. expecting to be able to scan my vast coin collection and sell immediately if I wanted! Well that was a complete lie. it doesn't work anything like what it said! you can't just scan and sell like it leads you to believe! you can scan, get a value, but selling has proved to be a spoof account bot driven scam that never ends up completing transactions. WASTE OF $/⌚️

5★This app's customer service is amazing. Was initially charged $4.99 and was advertised as a 7-day free trial prior to downloading the app. Downloaded the app and instantly saw the same thing had just gotten charged $4.99 for but in the app wouldn't have gotten charged on the spot (via Google Play Store subscription). Messaged in-app customer service via Contact Support button and they instantly refunded me back. If that's not great customer service, idk what is. Only have 1 coin but got $2 bill!

1★I just downloaded and signed up through the website for the free 3 day trial, and before I could even open the app and get signed in, my banking app sent a purchase notification with 2 different charge amounts from coinin in the amounts of $29.97 and 10.97. I need a refund immediately. This was not what was advertised and neither one of those amounts were what was offered after the 3 day free trial. Thank you.

2★Easy interface, quality photos, but literally searched an received information on 4 coins & on the 5th coin it took the photo, searched for information but instead of providing it to me it displays a page saying "Subscribe to scan more coins." Subscribe to scan is ridiculous & insane to me, I understand if I wanted to sell on their marketplace that's offered.
