Crumb: Keeping Your Pets Safe

It is annoying to set up if you have multiple pets. As I chose a picture for my 2nd pet, it forced me back to my first pet. I had to go to help to learn that I needed Premium Plus to add more pets. Then I could add the other 3 pets. But it never asked me to scan the other tags. Help chat told me to add another pet to select a pet to add to a tag. that didn't work. And there's no way to look at a tag and see anything unique to know which pet it belongs to. It's just not ready for prime time.

Literally just received mine. Easy set up. Just wish were a little more clear about pricing. Didn't know there was a monthly charge until I received package. Not saying there shouldn't be. Most people dont mind because their pets are safe but some people have a strict budget because it's nuts out there!!! Also maybe it was my mistake and missed something. If so I apologize. Overall product is genius. Thank you.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY! Seemed like a great service. Paid shipping for the tag, set up was fairly easy. Upon completion of set up, it said I had a premium plan. I never signed up for a premium plan, entered no payment information to do so. "Customer service" is just AI bots. Found out from other reviews, they pull payment for premium plan from your shipping info without your consent. Canceled immediately.

It seems as though a lot of people have sensed the scammy undertones of Crumb. I was turned off as soon as I received my tag as well. There's just too many signs that they truly try and force the customer to sign up for the subscription. I had to sign up for the subscription to be able to order a replacement tag because it fell off the very first day. So now that I have this subscriptioni can't really see what I benefit from paying the premium price. now I'm limited to my review cancel ❌ asap

The service is cool, but like many others I was surprised to be auto-enrolled into a paid membership. Crumb was advertised as a free tag (pay shipping) and after I set up my pet's profile I was shocked to see a $ charge on my account. Cost was not made clear, which I feel is a bit unfair to users. Unsure if I will continue to use the product, as my pet is already microchipped + registered with local government entity.
