1★Same Day "Buy it again" was Awesome for repeat purchases!!! Now they removed the option to remove products you don't want listed there. Now it's a useless feature full of stuff I don't want! Doesn't have bug submission options or even tech support! D:< Also every time you back out it sends you to the top of the list, so sorry if you have over 100 items in there and need item details, can't pick up where you left off. Maddening.

1★Issues and Bugs. There are hiccups in this app and it's not smooth in it's use. The worst part is having your Citi Costco card set up with the app and then it doesn't work. It will work at first when initializing your card with the app but then after a little time it doesn't work again. It will even cause an error on the store checkout system and you have to wait for an employee too unlock the problem before you can continue checking out. update: even on a new phone it's the same slow buggy app.

2★Frequently have to login again when we pop-ups are used. The back buttons sometimes bring you back to the main menu and sometimes back to the previous results page. Same day delivery does not work, it seems like it's trying to use the wrong membership ID for my account and it won't let me correct it, it's not an editable text box. There are too many pages/menus.

1★I don't understand how people could give 4.7 rating. This app is a total embarrassment. It ALWAYS laggs, ALWAYS takes extremely long to load any page, it is ALWAYS inflexible (meaning that if you want to just "go back" to the previous page, it will make a HUGE deal out of it and will get stuck, so that the only solution is to exit the app and then try your luck to find that product again). Also, sometimes it doesn't allow you to add the item to your cart 🤷 (the item is in stock).

1★I absolutely love Costco but man, the app couldn't be any worse. It was already terrible to begin with and it has recently started to give the "page not found" error message when I try to access certain areas such as my shopping cart, purchase history, you know the stuff that's pretty important for shopping online. Please fix this asap or just hire a more knowledgeable app developer, period.
