Dave: Credit, Cash & Money App

They have much better support than they used to. BIG plus. My only real gripe with the app now is that I risked an overdraft at my bank when the advance settlement occurred. My check doesn't hit my account until 8 am. Dave starts trying to settle at the stroke of midnight. There's no way to change the time or schedule a time for the settlement to occur. Hopefully they fix that, too. Then I can feel secure in using all of its features more often. Don't tip. It doesn't go to hungry ppl

Was a good service until they changed their policies. Now you pay the membership fee and $10 to withdraw. They split your advance into 2, and each withdrawal fee is $5 each. So, if your advance was say $200 you can get $100 first, plus pay the $5 fee. Then you can get the other $100 and pay another $5 fee. This doesn't improve the customer's experience. It just fills the pockets of the app's investors with more money without any benefit to the user. Pure greed.

this app is terrible. I have had nothing but issues since I tried to sign up. After I put my phone number in it's sends a code and I put in exactly what the code is and it keeps saying it's wrong. Multiple times resending it. This same thing happen 2 years ago. I just can't get signed up for nothing. Support sends you the same emails requesting the same info: DL, paystub and all and still have issues. What is the problem.

I am greatful to have help from Dave. however, I wish it was for a higher amount, and not split up with all these fees. Or if split allow larger amounts for each. These Extra fee's leave something to be desired. $5.00 CD fee, $1.05 express fees. The one good thing about these numbers fees is that they are small amounts. Compared to other apps.

Response to (Dave) below: Nothing changed in my bank account. Also, proved my point with adding extra fees to 2 transactions instead of 1. Original response: Used to get a 600 dollar limit. My finances never changed. Now they lowered it to 225 dollars with a fee and then a second 75 dollar and a fee to collect more. Haven't used it since. Klover is better and is fee free when getting it 2 days later.
