Dutch Bros is the absolute BEST! Super friendly staff, extremely customizable menu with options for all (not just coffee drinkers) and the price point is much better bang for your buck (compared to the other "bucks") I use the order ahead app regularly and enjoy their rewards program and collecting special drops (stickers, pins, etc.)

Love the new mobile order option but PLEASE add a way to save debit card info. It's super annoying having to add the card again every time I order. Also, maybe add a "place order" button or something, it's a little confusing trying to navigate to the order screen. It's almost like the devs have never used another mobile order app cause it's missing some very basic features.

Dutch Bros is the best coffee chain bar none, and if this app gave you the ability to customize the included flavors of menu drinks(less and extra sweet are too general when multiple flavors are included; maybe I want more of 1 but not the others) as well as having ALL of the flavors that are actually available at the location listed, it would be 5 stars. As it stands, some drinks can only be ordered on site due to flavors missing from the app.

Love the drinks but the drive thru lanes are so long. I wish they had a lane for just mobile orders. to be able to pick up and go and not wait in a long line that you ordered in advance. I know they have a pick up walk up window, but sometimes the lines are so long you can't get to the parking lot to pick up your order at the pick up window. Hopefully the newness dies down in a while.

The only issues I have 95% of the time is that the orders are not ready when I get there. More often than not, after checking in, I still have to wait at the window for them to make it. One other irritating thing with the app is ALWAYS having to enter my vehicle description (as if this even matters because they go by the name..not bringing it to your car). Other than that, no issues. The people are always friendly & the drinks are delicious. Do love the app for customization. Love Dutch Bros!
