Fever: Events & Tickets

We arrived at the event and were told it was cheaper to get tickets online. it was but only because the in person ticket prices were higher and still had fees. So we bought tickets online in front of the person. (How stupid is that!) Buying the tickets online was extremely frustrating as you also had to download and sign up for an app all to be able to scan the tickets. I immediately deleted the app after the event because it is useless to me.

The chat asked for feedback prior to completion of the chat. I have good feedback then was told they can't do anything. They offer no options if you're sick. I'm out $200, that's a lot of money for me. You'd think they'd offer vouchers for other events or something. Their 48 hour window for cancellations is fair but that doesn't help me so I'm sick in bed and out $200. I can't see myself buying tickets to their events or recommending their events moving forward

completely garbage app. I tried it because I got emailed a a code for half off a movie ticket, but when I actually used it the code said it was approved and then the charge on my card was full price. I talked to the chat immediately, and was told there was nothing they could do. they couldn't refund part of my money, they couldn't refund the ticket. let me redo it with the proper coupon code attached and they wouldn't accept anything else. So there's no point

Horrible experience with this app! Booked tickets and immediately needed to cancel (within 45mins of purchase) due to a family emergency, and they absolutely wouldn't do it! I understand policy, but if this company is hurting for 200 bucks and cant refund it, what a shame. They did say they could give me a "voucher" for another experience, but not a refund. 1, I was in this state for leave, and wasnt returning for a while, and 2, that event wasnt going to be going on much longer.

Customer service is terrible. Purchased the wrong ticket time. Rather than refund through my bank, which sadly may have been a faster process. They took more than a week to issue a voucher and only reached out when I threatened to refund. By the time they finally reached out the tickets for the event were sold out. For something as simple a switching dates. Absolutely disappointed...
