It would be a great app if their customer support people were more helpful and if Gen Mobile made getting an esim much simpler than having to wait for a physical SIM card just to get a got damn 4 digit pin in order to access the damn account! RIDICULOUSNESS!!! NOT AT ALL HAPPY! WILL PROBABLY CHANGE COMPANIES!

I downloaded the updated app and once I open it the app just Paused at the Initial Red Screen and stays there. I cannot even enter the App. How can I add data or check my Data Usage if I can't enter the App? The New Update is Not Worth the trouble. keep the old Version if you want to Manage your Genmobile Services and account.

DO NOT get service with these guys, they say they give you 4.5gb of data but that is false. I use mainly wifi and somehow.y data was used and I'm talking within a few days. Let me recommend Airtalk or TruConnect for your service great companies.

gen mobile at first was good even though the internet was slow but months down experience the text message were being blocked and only call 611 when I call someone with broken English said that I was over the limit but mind you it supposed to be unlimited but they turn the service back on then week later service turn off no text nothing l can only call them and did told me I was switch to another provider but I told them it was not me after a few months they start doing weird slow down data

It works good the data is good and a lot and the app runs good on my calls work well the internet works good with high-speed internet I would recommend this to others
