Grubhub for Drivers

Constantly send orders far away or going a different direction from where I'm driving. It's like you don't know where I am or just don't care. And taking away a good order when I'm already heading to the location. Only sending orders if I have another order with another gig app. Otherwise I'm just waiting on orders. It just makes no sense. Your pay is the worst for high miles orders. I just don't bother using your app anymore....it's just a complete waste of time. Fix your app GH!!!!!!

Stopped working awhile ago. I get notification of offer sounds and alert in notification bar, but no offer actually comes through on app. Then it says I missed 3 offers (when I've only gotten one notification), says it's gonna kick me off, then the whole app goes absolutely haywire. This has been going on at least 6 months and it's been absolutely unusable. Uninstall/reinstall, etc doesn't fix it.

Thr only gripe I have since starting, is the order system. I've done multiple runs so far with no issue. but recently, I've been in the process of picking up food or being in the middle of a delivery, and the app is suddenly pinging my phone with a new order. I understand if im just picking up food. But being on a highway is not a place where I should be picking up my phone. I've also had to make deliveries way out of my perfered driving range. I should be making more than I spend on gas.

Instead of improving the app, it is getting worse! It is extremely difficult to access my earnings for the day. I like to see how I'm doing throughout the evening and also at the end of my block. It was easy before, so I don't know why they changed it. Also, the button to hit to accept an offer is the same size and location as the one to click when I delivered. If an offer comes while I'm clicking delivered, I accidentally click accept, without even getting to read the offer! NO LIKEY!

Leaving a review seems pointless after looking at all the other reviews 😭 nobody gets a reply back. Its very annoying how MOST missions that pop up, aren't made aware ahead of time. There would be zero upcoming missions, then all of a sudden, in the moment there's a bunch. Also, some missions are very time sensitive, like "complete 6 orders in 2 hours without skipping more than 2." But I would get an order that's 20 minutes away. That 1 order itself is going to take around 45 minutes 🤦‍♂️
