It works fine, but you can't filter out houses with an HOA. I refuse to purchase a house in an HOA. I saw the data about HOA was listed, but without a proper filter I have to open the listings one by one. I don't even want an HOA that I pay nothing for. Being willing to pay $0 implies I'm still willing to live in one if it's free. I don't even want to live next to one. Also, not the app's fault, but there is a lot of bad or incomplete data making most of the filters useless.

One of the best, but it needs better filter options. There needs to be one for avoiding HOA listings and also info on which loans the property is eligible for like USDA. I always end up having to take the address for houses on Homes over to the Realtor app to check on both.

My experience at Rosewood has been a descent experience. Seems like we have more stealing than the norm. But I'm very comfortable here, the only issue i have is not having washer and dryer hookups.

I've used this app off and on for several years,searching for my perfect forever home. Has always been a wonderful guide with great suggestions.

too many fake/and inaccurate listings and it does not allow you to block listings that you're not interested in. That is a standard feature on other home searching apps. It also shows houses that don't allow pets even after changing the filters to "pet friendly" as is the option provided. Just overall terrible experience and major waste of my time!
