1★Total junk! No way to factory reset it. Worked for a few weeks then stopped sending notifications, stopped recording, stopped showing motion in app. NO REAL SUPPORT. In the box there is an email address to send your name, email and phone number to. They are not going to get back to you with any instructions at all, and not tell how to avoid the problems. And they do NOT send replacements. Many emails in a month were sent and no response from them. Dont buy this junk!

2★My problem with this product/service is this ... when you first download and set up a little pop-up box shows up and asks about the cloud storage. They have different plans to choose from and a free trial period of three days, so ok I picked one of them thinking I would have access to my subscription/plan later on after the trial period but there's nothing in the app. If I choose monthly but want the year where do I go to change it? Google only lets me cancel the subscription not make change

1★The doorbell camera works extremely well. however, I cannot view my doorbell videos on the app, because after paying for a year's worth of subscription and having the funds deducted from my bank account, I still cannot view my videos. The app says that I STILL need to buy a subscription. I have tried using the chat option to get this resolved and never heard anything back. There is also no phone number to call. There is no customer service. Be wary.

2★I'll give 2 ☆'s just because the camera isn't to bad. But the app is junk, for some reason or another it keeps shutting off motion detection and human detection. Also, I'm not getting notifications when the door bell is rang. This is frustrating especially when you pay for the subscription. I really hope people find these reviews helpful before purchasing the subscription and sending their worthless cameras back before making the mistake we all did!

4★I use this app with the T52/T22 doorbell & camera. It was easy to set up the app. The service itself to replay and save videos is 30 dollars a year, unless you have a bunch of devices then you can pay 99 a year for up to 20 devices. I think that's very affordable. I don't know if my internet and urban residence plays a role but I have had good luck with the app. My only gripe with the app is I have to go in every morning and click the motion detection on. You can change the sensitivity too.
