This app is AMAZING! I honestly thought there was some kind of catch when I signed up because the cash back deal was so good, but there is no catch! You just pay your bill and get 20% off! I also recently pre-payed for inKind cash and they were running a promotion for 45% additional credit!!! This app is especially great if you live in a metro area with a lot of participating restaurants. I, unfortunately, do not. But I travel enough that it makes it worth it!

This app is a scam. I had an offer to save $25. I specifically went to this restaurant for the deal. The deal was claimed and activated correctly while in the store. However, I did not get the credit. Customer service did not acknowledge the deal despite me sending them screenshots of the deal and the fact that the offer was claimed. It definitely seems like a scam to get you in a place only to have you spend more money.

been using for awhile now,still very limited options in Vegas. also they've stopped loading coupon deals on my account and are trying to force me to sign up for texts to receive them now... wont be doing that (this has since stopped and I upped my rating by 1☆) so far no glitches I am grateful for the app and no hidden fees. the 20% back adds up quick!

I'm not sure if my experience is common, but the first time I downloaded the app and paid a restaurant bill, the restaurant itself (that had held a credit card to open a tab) charged me a second time afterwards & added a 25% gratuity since I wasn't there to sign that 2nd bill. Now I have to fight with both over being charged by two vendors for the same dinner. How do you avoid this?

Great deals. But app is slow to load when I tap Pay Now, taking 30 seconds or so, awkward at a busy bar or restaurant. Also, the receipts don't show discounts, frustrating because I have to trust that discounts are included by the server. I go to places that have $1 off drinks for special events, BOGO, etc., and I'm never sure if the total I'm charged is correct because InKind's receipt isn't itemized to show discounts. I contacted support and they didn't offer a solution or reason.
