I mistakenly selected the Buy 2 Get 1 Free option & when I tried to cancel, Andy Cartrait from Lasko responded to me. He explained that he could cancel my subscription renewal but could not issue a refund per their Terms & Conditions. In order to 'make this right', he offered me 2 free months of using the Lasta features. He also assured me that the auto-renewal had been canceled and there would be no additional charges going forward. Now that's some great Customer Service! 👍

Starting price was $10.55 a month. I loved the app BUT I never realized you were taking out more than that in subsequent months. So March and April you took out $58.95 plus an additional $31.95 EACH month. For WHAT?? I would like to have these amounts refunded to my account Very sneaky way to do business! I never saw anything where my subscription would cost more than the agreed $10.55 a month. I no longer trust you. What are these charges for? And how do I cancel???

While the original $10.49 app seems good and is helpful, apparently the company also signs you up for other "plans" that are automatically billed unless you cancel. However, they do not publicize this, so you only find out about 30 days in when they charge your payment method an additional $83+ amount! I am NOT impressed! If they need to resort to this type of misrepresentation to fund their app, do not get involved with them. Their email reply was quick, "Sorry, no refund." CHECK THEM CAREFULLY

I installed this app and it wasn't free. The first time I got in it, I was instantly charged, again! A couple of days ago, out of the blue, a new larger charge hit my card and my bank declined it.I hadn't been in the app for a few days! I'm deleting this app because of that fraudulent charge. Watch your credit card if you have this app!!

Looked like a great app! The advertisement said "print your FREE plan today!" I went through & answered all of the questions for NOTHING. At the end, when I hit 'get my plan' payment options came up immediately. Dont falsely advertise to people that something is free, make them go through all of the questions & as soon as 'get my plan' is clicked on, try to charge them.
