This app doesn't work anymore. Can't sign in for various reasons after update. Tine on the phone with the help desk, assigned a case number, installed and reinstalled the app. And then a request from the help desk to take a screen shot of the app locking me out. No progress in a week. Some initial excuses about not be able to connect to older vehicles (2018). That certainly wasn't mentioned when they took my money for the subscription!

The app really has some great functionality! It is intuitive, easy to use, and does everything I need it to do! A couple of suggestions: Please remove the "Lexus is running" notification. It sounds like it's warning that my car is on and running, not that the app is running, which I don't need to be notified about. Also, the "Ready to connect" notification is unnecessary. Please remove it as well. If not, please let us turn those off separately in settings. Thank you!

This app is still pure garbage. It regularly signs you out with no notification. If you have the watch app it won't tell you if you got signed out so it will just continuously try to send commands to the car. And I still don't understand why they stop playing my music if you open the app. And for $80 a year for a feature that you can do from the car remote but is pay walled unless you pay for the app?????? (update 2 now I can't even sign in)

Automatically updated the app, and now the car is "deactivated". Went through the activation steps and although the end of the process says the car is now activated, when it returns to the main screen, the car is still deactivated. Did this multiple times, even cleared cache in the app and it still doesn't work. I'm so glad I paid for a service that I can no longer use.

I wonder if they read our reviews. Everyone is saying the same thing but they aren't doing anything about it. The app seems to always have problems. Currently I have no odometer, gas level reading. Ever since the app was upgraded (not even sure you can say "upgraded") the location of the car function is trash. It hasn't worked properly since January. Before you would be able to see the live location of the car now you can only see last parked location and I think that's useless. Please do better
