Facetune: Hair, Photo Editor

This app does just about everything I want for AI assisted photo/selfie editing. The upscaling is the best I've seen. The outfits and hair AI generator could be better. The biggest issue I have, though, is that there are not enough lipstick options. I need more colors, like blues and purples. I would also like to see the option to make lipstick matte, satin, or glossy. And a hair color slider! If those things improve, this app would be the only one I'd ever need!

I had an older version on my Pixel 5, when upgrading to the 10 I installed the newer version of Facetune thinking it would be better. While it seems like it has shiny new tools, none of them work nearly as well as the simple editing tools the old version had. It's really too bad, I loved the other version and now I need to find a new photo editing app.

I wanted to try a short hairstyle on my daughter, but the options were so limited, there was only one short hairstyle. It didn't matter anyway because none of the options even worked. It would slightly change the hair that was visible in her picture, but would never actually add an entire hairstyle. We played with it for five minutes and now I'm canceling my free trial and deleting it.

Absolute irredeemable garbage. After checking extensively that this app could edit videos, I decided to download it, and pay for a 1 week subscription. It cannot edit videos. there's simply no way to even access videos within the app, nor can it record videos. There's no support for video. It's simply a fabrication. Maybe it's nice for photos, but it's a complete scam for video editing.

Never signed up for the product but have been charged multiple times. The company refuses to refund the annual charge even though I contacted them within two days of the charge and they can see I have never used their product. No way to contact the company by phone and no way to respond to their emails except to fill out a new contact form each time. A customer service system truly meant to make you jump through hoops and send you in circles trying to dispute anything or speak to anyone. 👎👎👎
