kind of works, if you set a timer for something to turn off, it's about a 40% chance it will actually turn off. it will randomly disconnect from my lights for an undetermined amount of time, or boot me out of my account with no way to log back in for a day or so. but when it works, it works, and the lights activate. scheduling seems to work okay, even when its not letting me in the app, so thats nice.

Bulb and app never really worked properly. Never went more than a week or two without dropping the connection and having to repair it. About two weeks ago, dropped again, now it WILL NOT repair. It connects during the pairing process, as the bulb stops flashing and goes solid, but it gets stuck there, and never gets past the "adding device to account" screen. Just times out to the "Unable to Pair" screen. Deleting app....no point. Save your money.

Had the old system app and cameras, worked great.Had the options to see multiple cameras live at once,able to record with just a memory card, app hardly glitch, and best of all it was FREE. All of a sudden my old cameras wouldn't work no more. Come to find out they ended support for the app and cameras only to switch to a system that has less features and charges you if you want to have access to recording, regardless of having a memory card inserted. All in all just a the usual hungry money gr

Horrible app for even the most simple things. I bought a couple smart plugs. All I need is to turn it on or off. Other smart device apps have homepage widgets as well so you can just add a button without needing to load the app. Mercury doesn't. The app is slow to load. It never keeps the timers. And now it logged me out and wont let me sign in, reset password, or create a new account. My plugs are useless. This is on an S24 Ultra

kind of wish I could give it a half star at this point because of how annoying its become to use the actual camera. The concept is good but their connection and software is complete trash, I was going to go on a big and rave about the issues I've noticed about the connectivity but apparently you're only allowed so many words on a review so my recommendation is to not get this brand.. if you're concerned for your safety and want a reliable connection to your security system.
