Ordering is easy, but there is no support through the app for order problems, it just says to call the restaurant. And then when I call the restaurant, they're not actually able to do anything because the orders through this app are actually handled by Doordash. I really enjoy these wings, but I've had issues with multiple orders (receiving 10 wings instead of 15 twice, and receiving someone else's order once), and I just can't keep doing this.

Chronic log in problems plague this app. The app logs me out every few days and logging in is an absolute nightmare. I have to try dozens of times to log in each time, sometimes cycling through changing default browsers, which is tedious. I enter the email code and it just takes me back right the log in page over and over. Please fix the log in issues. And stop logging me out without my consent. And if you get it working, stop pushing unnecessary updates. You lose money each time.

Can't use the app because I can't login, and this issue has persisted for months. After entering a passcode sent to my email, it shows a popup to go to an external app (this one), but it disappears so fast that I can't tap on the button and the website says it errored out. I'm using Microsoft Edge for mobile if that helps diagnose the problem. It managed to work if I set my default browser to a different one.

Great app. Everything works, it's easy to make selections and navigate, you can favorite and save your orders and locations, and I love that you have so many options to customize your order. If there's anything I would say, it's that they should add app support to resolve order issues after the fact. But I far and away prefer to order through the app than through other third party services and that's how it should be. 👍🏾

Obviously the app designers have never heard the phrase, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" because whatever this new update is definitely broke everything, I can no longer log in, when I manage to enter my credentials it prompts me to log in again and get stuck in an error loop, then when you close the app it just loses its mind and loads constantly. Tried as a guest and I entered all of my info and it wouldn't let me place the order without an email, but the option to enter was locked.
