FaxFlow - Send Fax from Phone

App asks you to leave a review with how easy the fax was to create. Next screen they tell you it's $14.99 minimum and for unlimited faxes. Insane that there isn't an option to pay a bit per page. Most folks don't need unlimited, they are hoping you set up the automatic billing and forget to cancel. Do better, developers, be upfront about your costs and don't try to get a review before someone sees the payment page.

Bait and Switch It says "send free fax" lets you get all the way through the tedious process of scanning the documents (with no way to control when or how it scans, so you get wonky blurry images and have to rescan several times, only to get to the point where it is time to send. Then they prompt you to rate the app. So you probably leave a decent rating, thinking you're about to send your free fax. Except you're not. You're prompted to sign up for a weekly subscription.

I was needing a quick way to fax and found this app... FaxFlow, super easy to use, got to preview all items, but was a bit upset to see it had to be bought to be used, but I only purchased to use for a wk, cost me $8.06 for a wk, but would like to see a simple one time use fee for $1.00, that would be fair i think... anyways pd and submitted the fax, super easy to do, emailed me a confirmation it was pending to send, then an email confirmation it was sent... definitely a great app!! Thanks!!

I don't recommend this service. I used it once to send over a single fax. I opted for the cheapest option of one week for $10. I needed the service, and it was convenient. Ididn't expect the service to renew every week and charge my bank account every week. no where is that implied. if I wanted to keep the service why wouldn't I have opted for the discounted rates they had for longer periods of time. This is a scam and should be illegal. BTW ,y documents never made it to the intended recipient.

asked me to rate saying how easy. had my upload super easy, but then it also looked up phone number to know where the info was going and afterwards didn't send until I paid a week subscription at 9.99 to send a single fax. manipulative app.
