Nara - Baby & Mom Tracker

Love that this app is free and no ads! Coincidentally, my husband purchased their formula (not realizing we were using their app already) after extensive research and it's been great! The app is great at helping us keep track of important things like when the baby was last fed, diaper changes, or given medicine on top of helping me track my pumping sessions. You can export all of the data and drop it into any AI for further analysis if needed, but the app provides charts and trends too! LOVE!

Incredible app but the location of the okay and cancel buttons when making entries, particularly in my case for time, is in a terrible place. I almost always accidentally hit it when trying to roll through the numbers. I think the okay and cancel buttons that are on the same screen should be put to the left or right instead of right below the rolling numbers. Also, I wish the Reminders can be toggled as functioning as an alarm or as a notification sound, instead of just notification sound.

Very easy to use and customize! I primarily use it to track feedings, but I also used it to track my own meds when I was freshly postpartum and now use it to track naps as my baby is getting older and in more of a true nap routine vs just sleeping much of the day. I like that my husband and I can see and add information to the same app, and I like that it tracks the data for you so you can see things like avg time between feedings, length of feedings, number of feedings in the past 24hrs, etc.

I recommend this app to any soon to be new parents. I have used it with both my children. I love how easy the interface is, the ability to track the time or enter it manually, see daily summaries, and the ability to do other things on your phone while the timers run in the background. Plus there are no ads to get in the way of tracking things that are important to you and your new baby!
