1★Works until it doesn't. Even when allowing the app to use the battery in the background, every few days the icon disappears and the app no longer opens. at that point I have to clear the cache, data, and re-enter all of my information. This is getting so repetitive, inefficient, and annoying. I wish my company still allowed us to verify by getting a code by text.

1★Update 1/6/2026: still not sure what's going on, but having the same issue as back in Sept '25 (even after so-called Nov '25 update - try to open the app and nothing. Black screen with logo in the middle. Nothing more. App never opens. Suggestions would be appreciated. Original: Not sure what 'fix' you did, but it's no fix. I need this for my job, but now when I try to open the app, it just goes to a black screen with the logo in the center. That's it. WTH? Y'all need to take care of this asap!

1★Not happy I need this app to authenticate for school. It requires some very sketchy permissions such as ability to discover, pair and advertise to nearby bluetooth devices. What does that have to do with authentication? No, they're probably tracking me (and you) to make money from advertisers. Oh, it also has access to your phone calls including the phone numbers of any active calls you're on. It can browse network connections (ie, to attempt to geolocate you). Security nightmare.

2★Not great. Why do updates always make things worse instead of better? Sometimes the push notifications just don't work. Or I have to manually open the app to make them work. Multiple times a week. It will many at a time when I only hit it once, or when it fails to send them, once it works again, it sends all the failed useless attempts along with the 1 new. I've only used 1 device ever for it for years, the only 1, and since the last update, it is now permanently "unrecognized". Every time.

2★App works fine and sends push notifications when required, BUT will also send random push notifications advertising itself(why??? It's already installed on my phone...). Until you unlock your phone, it looks like someone is trying to access your account. There is also nothing you can change in settings to prevent this without just disabling push notifications entirely, which pretty much defeats the purpose of the app. Please change this or give us a setting to turn it off.
