3★wish I could download a record of texts on the app, and not have to do it through a pc. and I have when my automated login id doesn't populate and I have to go find it to log in on an already password protected device with biometric password for this app. please remove that protection as it is frustrating and redundant. or, let me choose my own login ID so I don't have to look it up every couple months.

1★So I have to keep logging in. This has veen happening the last few months. Based on what I can tell, it is because the app does not shut down or go to sleep. It basically stays open and timeouts eventually, forcing you to log back in. The only way to stop it is to force stop the app from the settings when you are done with it. Because of this, we will be changing apps when the subscription is up.

4★This is a great app overall. However, the calendar functionality could use some work. Every time I try to input an all day event on the web, it gives me an error that the end date can't be before the start date. Also, when I create a repeated event, I'd like to be able to go in and delete certain days (like if I set up Awana's every week but they take a week off, I don't know how to delete just one week). Overall a very helpful app!

1★This app is DEFINITELY overpriced, especially with all of the issues that come with it. With adding teachers/healthcare providers etc, you can't go back in to change something because it won't save. So if you need that info in there, you have to creat a new contact. Also, you can't add expenses for your kid to show that you're paying for everything w/o adding what the other parent owes. Sometimes notifications for messages don't go through, either. For as much $ that I pay, it's too much work!

2★While I appreciate the effort to make the OFW app look slick, it still suffers from some terrible UI/UX decisions. The worst offense is the "landing page" that comes when trying to read your messages. It's especially unnecessary/confusing to see that when there are no new messages waiting for you. No other messaging app that has been developed in at least the past decade or so has or needs such a page. It just gets in the way of being able to send/read messages. Also, while OFW automatically saves any messages as a draft every few seconds, there is no way to get out of the compose screen without feeling like you might discard the message when pressing the Back button. There should at least be a "Save this as a draft? Y/N" prompt. Lastly, in the Sent Messages folder, the unread yellow-gold indicators are inconsistent & do not make it obvious if the message has been read. In order to see when the message was first read, you have to dig all the way into the message. I feel like I'm being held hostage because I cannot use another app/service and I just have to endure a sub-standard experience using it for $99/year.
