Customer service is trash. No response after paid report on a plate. Multiple attempts at comunicating with them, I am not sure if they are trying to keep quiet or just bad business. The process failed to supply a report according to their claim. Money was paid and no response in fixing it. I will have to follow up very soon.

This is NOT a plate reader! It uses a 3rd party "public records" website to glean the data, then charges $1.95 with automatic monthly subscription for $24.95. I went through the motions to see how well it worked. It took my money, but nothing delivered. Update: Infotracer fixed the issue. Turns out you're redirected to your State's DMV where it costs $12 and an attestation that you're purchasing the vehicle. Don't waste your time.
