I am really grateful for this buy now pay later app because it helps me stretch my check to be able to cover all of my bills without accuring late fees or cutoff fees! It's super easy to use and easy to make payments. However, you cannot pay with your cash app card. You will need to transfer the money to a different card. Other than that small inconvenience, it's such a great app. I love using zip!

After 3 purchases, my account had to go through some verification process, so I did that, but that message never went away, so I talked to support who said "the issue will be fixed asap." More than a month later, I still don't have access to using my account. So there are poor automated security methods they use, and their support is not good either.

I think they should have a grace period, I have a pretty high rate of paying on time and almost never missing a payment. My record is spot less. Yet, the one time I need like 2 more days until I get paid, suddenly I'm hit with fees and my account is frozen..Update: this BNPL let's you do 8 split payments, which would be cool BUT and this is a big one, if you move any of your payment days, you lose the 8 payments option indefinitely. That's crazy they have a penalty for something they offer..

Extremely convenient, and easy to use. The best pay in 4 option available in my opinion. Even the pay in store, they send a card, and all you do is type in the amount and your card is ready to pay with. Comes in handy. They also increase rapidly as long as you pay your payments. does what it's supposed to until it doesn't. Recently I've had a lot more issues with this service than ever before. in store declines the ZIP card but Zip still charges my card and the 3-5 business day holds can definitely last upward 2 weeks. on apps, it declines purchases, then still proceeds to charge you, because to ZIP you made the purchase. Even if you show them proof it declined. Not worth it anymore in my experience. Sad for them.
