Honeydew: Recipe Manager

This is a good idea &I liked it at first but I keep having issues more than not. A lot of times when you are on Instagram and want to save a recipe, it looks like it saving but then it doesn't save & when I click back, the IG page is gone so I can't even save it on IG page. If you have more than 1 recipe in a reel or page, it won't work either (developer said this after I sent an email). I have used this for a few months & I had another issue again where is saved my last recipe 2x & not newone

I was logged into Honeydew on my phone and it stopped downloading recipes and started malfunctioning, I did all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Logged and tried to log back in and now it won't let me log back n or update a password. Tried to email support and the email bounced. I've paid for this subscription for a year and I'm only halfway through. I can't even get support.

For almost every recipe I've uploaded, the ingredients list will have a couple of ingredients with measurements (usually incorrect), a few ingredients listed just as "cheese" or "rice" with no measurements, and missing ingredients entirely. The instructions are somehow worse. For the amount of pausing the videos to write things down (oh yeah, and you can't fully edit measurement quantities in app) that I have to do for the ingredients AND the instructions... what am I even paying for? Canceled

I was using the app and I absolutely loved it. Then all of a sudden it started crashing as soon as it opened. I did all the troubleshooting. None of it worked. I tried to email support. Received an error message that the email didn't exist. Got it directly off their website. If this can be resolved I will edit my review, but as of now I can't access the app or any of my recipes.

You can not edit ingredients, you have to delete and re-enter them. You also only have a few characters you can enter in the steps (maybe 30?) which is not enough. There is no editing steps, same as with ingredients, you have to delete and re-add, but then you can not change the order of them. I thought this was a cool app and that paying for it might be worth it. I am quickly changing my mind.
