Sam's Club: Shopping & Savings

App was great until the latest update (Android). Now I can't exclude ship only items when checking out, so I have to save those items for later. That's bad enough, but now I can only see the last 5 items saved for later because the "view more items" under "saved for later" no longer works and does nothing when you click on it. Also, now while scrolling through items while shopping, the items at the top of the list keep popping back into the list further down while trying to see the entire lis

I think it is almost better than Costco, due to the fact that online ordering and in-store purchases are the same price, they offer curbside pickup and more of a variety of brands across the board. I think it's worth it to get the upper membership. I've never had any bad customer service experiences. the food I get when I do pickup orders, is always pretty good (nothing old or moldy like I have gotten from other pickup/delivery services).

The Sam's Club app is easy to use and navigate for all your needs. The best features I use are "Scan and Go" and the "Scan for Fuel" features. Once you save a couple of credit cards, it's quick and convenient to switch between them for purchases. Scan and Go is the best feature because I scan my items as I shop, choose the credit card I have on file, slide to purchase and get QR code, and walk out, avoiding the long line of registers and self-scan registers. Such a great convenience. LOVE IT!

it used to be a good app, and the only reason I shop here instead of at Costco. since the last update, it has become a collection of glitches and a constant source of frustration. the only thing worse than the app is the tech support. I have been on chat with them about 6 times since the last update and they have not solved a single issue yet. currently, the issue is I have earned Sam's cash and would like to use it, but the app "encounters an error" every time I want to use this cash.

Horrible app! When looking at the instant savings items, they keep repeating over and over. You have to keep scrolling to try to find things you haven't already seen ten times. I don't live very close to a Sam's so I want to know beforehand if there are things on sale that make the trip worth it. I won't renew my membership when it expires if they don't fix this issue.
