Rover - Dog Boarding & Walking

I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

At first this app had five stars but I had to take it down to three because I don't know if it's due to the latest update or what, but it seems to glitch a lot. I can't finish my drop-ins when I'm supposed to. please fix whatever is causing your app to glitch. I cannot service my clients properly. pictures won't load. services won't complete if I'm not going to get paid for the services I'm doing. I might as well just quit this app all together.

It's been very glitchy over the last couple months. I've tried to wait it out and see it if will get better. Hasn't. It takes forever to load pics, and often fails. I click "+ food" and it adds an extra count to water instead. Or it'll briefly show "1" added, then pop back to "0". Sending the owner a video via chat takes a very long time, often minutes. And often fails and has to be redone. It's not my service, either. Very frustrating.

I usually don't have issues with the app, but last night a client said it skipped the tip screen, so she contacted customer service and they were unable to assist, thus no tip via Rover. The app just updated and removed further options, such as editing photos. The instructions leading to the option to make a photo private are gone. I contacted support and they say the same thing, to do this, and I can't, either in the app or browser, using Chrome. I also updated the app.

Using this app is way too complicated. Just signing in is a nightmare. No other app on my phone asks repeatedly for my password. Once you sign in you should be able to use the app, not be sent to the create a new account page. I already have Rover on my laptop. Why can't all that info be transferred over to my phone after signing in with my password?
