AI generated: Yes
- Google Play user reviews (5 (preferred 12–20; sample is limited) per app), June 08, 2024 to February 08, 2026
- Google Play ratings distribution
- App Store listing metadata
- Review sample is very small (n=5) and does not include positive or mixed reviews, so it may not represent overall user sentiment.
- All claims are from single-review observations only, resulting in low confidence scores.
- No ratings distribution was provided to contextualize the sample against lifetime ratings.
- High-engagement complaints (like the Stars issue at 980 likes) appear only in the recent bucket.
- No real-world app testing was conducted.
- Feature availability may vary by region, device, and app version.

2★Not sure why, but the last few months I get a notification for EVERY game that goes on sale and it takes multiple days to send them all because it sends one every few hours. It's very annoying. It used to just send one notification that said items from my wish list were on sale and I would go check it. It needs to be fixed.

2★After the last update the app crashes constantly. If you type a message then put your phone down, when you go to send another message it reloads the app, you have to wait for that, then it takes you to the main screen NOT the conversation you were just having. Then you have to press chats, then find the chat again. It's even buggier than before. I get constant background notifications that the app is unstable and keeps closing. Thanks.

1★I actually think the app is pretty good. PlayStation is my favorite console. YOU ARE GETTING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT SEARCH MY GAME LIBRARY WITH FILTERS FOR ANY CONSOLE OR APP. On the store you have many filters for searching games. when I go to my library, all the search filters disappear. I want to be able to filter by multiplayer games for example. Obviously it was a conscious decision by PlayStation to not include this extremely basic quality of life feature. So dumb.

1★The PS app used to be good, but now I can't even sign in. For some reason, I was suddenly signed out while looking at game prices and deals on the app. I tried signing back in, but the new sign-in methods are terrible. I no longer have access on my phone or anything, and the passkey doesn't work at all. This has frustrated me to the point that I'm giving up on trying. I prefer the original sign-in method of just email and password, nothing else. Now it's pointless to even waste my time with it.

1★The Playstation App was working great for me for a long time, and now for some reason the Playstation stars feature is gone. When I click where it is SUPPOSED to be, it opens and then quickly closes and gives an error message. I have accrued a lot of points, probably 20-40 Dollars worth. I can't be sure though, as I CAN'T USE THEM. this really does need to be fixed.
