SignNow: Sign & Fill PDF Docs

Now I'm stuck with this garbage. I set this all up for use with my manager, and when the subscription expired, my manager lost all access, even after I resubscribed at the new higher rate. At worst they've pulled a bait and switch with a new fee for a second team member (in addition to the amount the price increased this year), and at best they have terrible software that kills off access and has no reasonable way to easily restore it. Either way I'm done, and you shouldn't start

Deceptive Business Practices - Hidden Pricing Structure. Hidden way at the bottom of the page under the last FAQ that you have to click into, it tells you that the monthly fee does not permit you to sent as many documents as you need. After 100 it switches to "Pay As You Go" model. What is that? It doesn't even describe that anywhere else on their website. I had to contact the company to find out. Basically, after 100 they will bill you the annual rate for every 100 that you send. Shady.

A complete sham! Initially this program was free of use. Now, you have to be subscribed to even delete forms! Definitely a privacy issue there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this program while knowing that the company have previously provided an useful app at no cost. Why the change? All I know is that one shouldn't harbor another's document without allowing them to delete their data if wanted for no cost. Now that's suspicious!

Really easy to use. Highly recommend. Only wish they had revealed they make you purchase a subscription to use it because I only needed it for a one time personal use and went through all the hassle of downloading and filling out the form to them find out I can't share it. So boo. Maybe you could allow use personal use people who will use it once a year a free one or two uses a year.
