SimplyWise Cost Estimator

We had some issues in the beginning, but they are working through them. With any new company, there's going to be issues, but their support team was very prompt at answering emails and they openly admit that they know they have issues but they are working on it. The support rep we worked with, Crystal, was very open and candid. I give them credit that they were completely honest about things... Most companies want to dodge their responsibilities to the customer... Great job!

Great app, exactly what I was looking for. I especially like that you can send a link to clients and have them fill out info for you and upload photos. a couple suggestions. The app has poor state management, when I need to switch between apps often times I will go back and I have to start from the beginning ,2 it would be nice to use the receipt app and be able to add them line by line to replace the cost on the estimate and then have it save that cost info as future prices of item.

starting my own handyman business and this app has been a huge help! The only thing I have a problem with is editing a current invoice. it has a "edit with AI" button that doesn't do anything when I type in my description. most of the time I just need to quickly add in a line item and I can't. I'll update my rating to 5 stars once this issue is fixed. awesome app otherwise!

Sold my first estimate sent out with it. it's not perfect, but it works and is better than what I was doing. It's quick, looks professional, and reminds me of minor details in the job. I was surprised on how good the before and "after" pictures turn out with a little bit of guidance on color and orientation. It's great, I'm only on the trial and plan to pay the subscription when it runs out.

I was skeptical at first, but this app has proven to be really helpful. There are a few downsides though. 1) when converting estimate to invoice, it changes the amount (not by much but still annoying 2) when converting estimate to an invoice it just bunches everything together - it should keep labor and materials separate 3) invoices should be more editable. 4) pricing for materials is usually not accurate - I usually shop at home depot and have to check their pricing before sending
