Thus far, I've tried using the app to pay for gas on at least 3 seperate occasions, no luck. I've verified my account details many times over. Not sure what the issue is. I don't have any issues with any other rewards app. Needless to say, I miss out on rewards. Honestly, I've chosen competitors where my perks are honored.

keep getting errors when trying to buy gas with the app. error come back later. please fix it. happens with my chevron gift cards. edit. so I called the support number for the app and they said that you get locked out of using gift cards if you use them more then 3 times a week. and you have to wait 48 hours before you can use it again. I have 500$ in gift card and am going on a long trip. not possible now to pay with this.

everytime you use the app to get gas, they put over $100 on hold with your bank, regardless of how much you bought. depending on the bank, it may take a few days for that hold to disappear. doesnt matter if you only buy 20 bucks worth of gas, your still getting hit for about $130. This also means any card linked to your account has to have over $100 on it or you wont be able to use the app, even if you only want to buy $25 worth of gas.

I loved this app. However, they changed it to where you can no longer redeem your points for $1/gal off. You can only redeem a maximum of 50 cents now! As a California resident, with ever increasing gas prices. this is a huge let down. I still love the app. the customer service is also great. But not being able to redeem for $1/gallon off anymore is the reason I'll have to rate 4 stars. Especially considering the fact I'm a legacy member! Please bring back the $1/gal off redemption.

I deleted this app after a week. It wouldn't allow me to use my preferred payment method, timed out quickly while trying to pay for gas, and annoyingly kept prompting me to allow permission for the app to monitor my location at all times, instead of only when I was using it (which seems more than adequate). Fuel discounts were also less than a competitor. I will just pay cash or patronize the other fuel provider.
