TickPick - Live Event Tickets

Love this app so much!! I've been using TickPick for roughly a year and have never gone back! I've never had any issues with tickets I've purchased and I love having the ability to track prices for specific shows and share tickets with my friends through the app. I can trust that the price I see is the price I pay and the ease with which I can buy it is definitely a plus (other ticketing apps interfaces are so janky).

Loyal customer of several years with over $1,300 spent on this platform. As a first-time seller, I made an honest double-listing mistake and immediately notified TickPick in good faith. Without any prior warning, they charged $589.90 to my credit card simultaneously with a notification email, giving me no opportunity to respond or dispute the charge — which contradicts their own User Agreement. They then ignored my emails for days before telling me the decision was final with zero accommodation.

I love this app and usually get great prices for shows that I want. I love that all fees are already included! Don't assume these are the best prices, FYI. sometimes I see that tickets are $X, but when I look at Ticketmaster I see they still have tickets left for less. the Tickpick price are chosen by the Sellers on the app, so do a little research.

I attend 50+ live events every year. This is by far the best resale app that exists. I was hesitant to post this, because I would rather less people know so I can continue to get great deals, and fair pricing. I had my first ticket delivery issue today. They handled it timely and professionally. And without much effort on my part. I really couldn't be happier with the service provided.

There's no hidden fees because they include them in the total price, and it comes out almost $6 more per ticket than purchasing on LiveNation. This is a scam. My review will not change. The price of their "commission" still equates higher than that of the total cost of tickets on other sites and apps that have fees. False advertising is what lead me to this app.
