Recipe Keeper

After reviewing website, I was under the impression that I could upgrade to Pro and have access to my recipes and share with friends. NOPE! This app's version of "sharing" is to have the other user pay the upgrade fee and then you send them your email and password and have them log into your account. Unbelievable! Misleading marketing cost me over $50. Edited to add: Dev response is the same canned response for other reviews and doesn't address the sharing issue. Don't use this app to share!

This is the best Recipe keeper ever. I love that it can make it from scanning a photo or even a web site with an article about the recipe. But it will also have a link to the site. You can also adjust the portion sizes to! I use it every time I cook or find a recipe I like. These SO many more features. And it's completely worth paying for! And I'm coming from below poverty level family. It's really worth it.

Seems like it could be useful for some people, especially if you're using the scheduling functions and such. But I just want to be able to see all my recipes in a list, and click the one I want to see, but you have to put them under both a course and a category. So you have to click through 2 screens to see your recipes, even if you delete the courses/categories (it just says "No course/category" instead). No way to turn those off. I'll stick with just keeping recipes in my notes app.

I have been looking for an app like this for AGES!!! I bookmark tons of recipes - especially for Japanese and Korean cooking, and Recipe Keeper is perfect! Not only for keeping track of all my favorites, but the shopping list for each recipe is a huge help. I went ahead and paid for full use because it's worth every penny.

The most useful recipe and shopping list app I have tried! I have shared it with many others who have found it extremely useful also! I make a menu and create a shopping list with ease! I have imported recipes without all the annoying ads and life history behind the recipe. I have imported my mother's handwritten recipes from 60 years ago!
