Angel: Watch Movies & TV Shows

The app is great. Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried for over a week to cancel membership just for the month because money is tight. I tried on my phone app, the website, and Roku. All said to sign in on where I originally signed up. I tried to contact them to help me figure out why I couldn't cancel or pause. Sent multiple emails. Still haven't heard back and was charged today. I was only going to cancel until next month. Now I'm not coming back at all.

I was excited to use this and the first episode of wayfinders was awesome! so I got the basic subscription. there was no way to connect the subscription to the app on roku. so I signed out, restarted roku, deleted apps and signed back in. and now I can't use my subscription on my phone either. im very disappointed as its so hard to find programming like this.

The mobile app casting to Chromecast doesn't work. unable to cast and play on Chromecast, Roku TV or Google display device. The Roku app fails to log in. I am able to watch everything on my phone, but I'd like to be able to watch it on a tv with my family. Reached out over email and was told to install the Roku app, but that fails to connect to sign in.

I can't get my free tickets on the app, TV or even when using web browser (Chrome, Safari and Bing), I keep on getting a error message. I tried watching 2 movies, I finished both movies but it's super glitches, stops every couple of minutes and then continues. The navigation on the app needs work too, there's no genres and no content classification (movies, shows, etc...). if this doesn't get fixed I will be canceling my subscription.

I'm glad there are more options being added little by little. "Sketch" was a great movie. My son loves "Iggy and Mr. Kirk". My only complaint is how buggy the app can be, especially on our TV. 9/10 times, it freezes up when going from one episode to the next. I've also been getting kicked out of the app & having to sign back in.
