This app is ridiculous & not good. I tried logging in, and it sometimes let me log in to check my schedule and more, but at times, it'll log me back out. Whenever I try logging back into the app, it'll keep kicking me out and having me log in multiple sessions before the app will let me through. This shouldn't be an issue. Walmart makes billions of dollars every year but can't fix their damn app for their employees. Why have a system to clock in & out that doesn't work properly?! FIX IT!

I liked the way the app was before the update. Now it's slower, glitchy, and keeps signing me out. It once signed me out and I couldn't sign back in until lunch time, and I need my phone to label things. Labeling stuff is also frustrating because it's really slow, and half the time I try to print a label, I keep getting an error message about not being able to get the counts right. I wish I could go back to the way it was before the update. Please fix this.

The new update is by far the worst I've ever seen. "Sidekick" is in an extremely inconvenient place (I'd rather have the scan button there!) & somehow feels even less functional than before. When I try to search for products for a customer, it often results in the dumb thing trying to start a conversation. I do NOT need to have an AI conversation while I'm working. I just need to look up an item. The UI is also just overall a lot more confusing & weird.

ever since the update the app runs constantly in the background even while the phone is locked. my work phone is dead by lunch time and my personal phone not far behind it. Honestly wiuld rather just delete the app and use the computers for everything then destroy my phone battery. also prefered the old layout was alot easier to navigate and find information then the new update.

It's a necessity yet this app is so unbelievably slow and laggy and it's very frustrating. Sometimes it doesn't save punches either. It takes a solid 2 minutes just to open the app and sign in, then after you do that you have to deal with the slow loading just for it to pop up asking for microphone access and then it immediately opens calls. I don't want to call anybody and even if I did it always says the calls don't work, like why?
