Waymo

It was ok. At first it was good, pickup went well and getting into the car was easy. A little while into the drive the car started to malfunction and kept pulling over. We called ride support and got put on the phone with two people at the same time. We finally got someone to help us, but were in a bit of a rush and so we just got out, though eventually they did get it working. Overall I would say do this more for the cool experience, but know that it is technology and sometimes it won't work.

I've only had 2 rides so far but when I use the Waymo its really great, I can change the music, legroom, and more! also I love the AI that drives. there was a accident up ahead and it change the course of the ride. honestly I did not expect it to do that. good job technology and waymo! it feel futuristic and I love that. never expected to see it. I cant wait to see the next amazing thing.

Works with graphene, disable Play store access to app. Edit: The fares have went into the fantasy realm. 2-3x Uber/Lyft rates to go across SF. They also take forever to show up and make you walk to some place a block away. Less than 1 star. Everytime I've tried to use it the rates were higher than Uber/Lyft. I see no point in this service if it isn't cheaper than paying an actual person. The vehicles are also starting to show their Jaguar-ness and are getting rickety.

Felt futuristic for sure and excited to be in driver less taxi and enjoyed the trip. the only reason I am giving 3 stars because it dropped me in a different location instead of the location I chose. I was new to Phoenix and couldn't find the difference. later found out that it's a wrong location. later I found out their waymo support that it dropped me in a different location because the original selected location is not drivable. I agree but it should have notified me while in the car.

Amazing! The app was easy to use. The car was comfortable to ride in and the drive was smooth. I am an anxiety prone passenger while riding in cars. I was relaxed the entire way; to the point I forgot someone was driving at times. The fare price is extremely reasonable and much cheaper than other options. The downfall.... I could not book a car for a future time. I don't like to wait until the l minute to finalize my transportation. I would have given Waymo One five stars if it weren't for that.
