Western Union Send Money Now

I got this app to send money quickly without having to wait in lines at the store. Unfortunately it only worked a few times. After that it would say the money would be there in minutes but once I paid it would change to say it would take 3 days. After the 3 days it would either cancel or refund the money. Which is good because I wouldn't lose the money but it also never made it to my family members. I reached out to them asking why this kept happening but all they did was track my order.

This is a fantastic service, and application. I had issues in the beginning with not being approved to transfer money when I should have been. I called support multiple times. They were unable to resolve my problem. I reinstalled the application, and followed troubleshooting instructions, to no avail... I tried a couple months later and everything works great now

Very convenient! I had some issues in getting my bank loaded on the app, but the Tech team resolved them. I have a discount code that was given as a result of these issues, but the app doesn't take it. The message says to try again later, but every time I do, I get the same message.

I downloaded the Western Union app because someone had sent me a some money After I set up my account, I clicked on Pick up my cash. I went through 3 pages of verification clicked Next and was presented with a blank page with the words I d verification in tiny print at the top of the page. The rest of the screen remained blank except for a blue band at the bottom of the screen that said Next. The page never loaded. Clicking next did nothing. it has taken an extreme amount of my time to complete this transaction! It kept having me to go back to pages and wouldn't accept very accurate info that I'd input. It kept sending to my bank's app for verification but wouldn't return me to where i had left off to complete the transaction requiring me to start from scratch only to arrive at verifying again. I tried using it again in the wee hours of this morning and ended up going to the website which was a much better experience.
