Update: They finally solved the problem. I was able to successfully add the card to the app, and this time 10-4 by WEX even sent me an email confirming that the account creation process had been completed and that the card had been added successfully. Now I even have a Client ID number! Yay! Now I just need to start using the app and see if it earns the fifth star.

I used this app for a couple of weeks and experienced frequent payment problems. Eventually, I was logged out of the app and could not sign in again. The app claimed my password was incorrect, even though it was saved in Google and previously worked. I tried resetting my password multiple times, but no emails were ever sent. There is no customer support to help resolve these issues. Overall, I wasted a lot of time on this app.

route tool returns route but displays no fuel stop along route. it worked the first time I used it. when it worked there was still no way to sort by cheapest fuel along route. third transaction was at road ranger. returned an error at the pump, fuel desk had the same issue inside. all they could say is that we've reported the issue up the chain. prices competitive with RTS. looks promising but it's not quite there yet.

at first I gave this app 5 stars, but now 2 weeks later I changed it to 1 star. after about 1 week you'll start getting error code for payment issue. and after adding a new card on the account it works for a little while and starts getting same error code. it seems like this app is collecting as much information about you as it can and who knows who will charge your card in near future!!!

I really want to give it 5 stars. But as of now I can't. I dont know if the last update messed with something or what. Every time I log in and try to reserve fuel, it boots me out and locks my acct, so I have to call customer service to unlock it, in fact I asked customer service to stay on the phone while I attempted to reserve fuel, instantly he seen that the app locked me out. I really hope someone can resolve my issue bc this app thus far has the best fuel prices from RTS, CTS and Mudflap.
