Wells Fargo Mobile®

Kind of getting tired of how long it takes the App to process payments. It's in the account, money is accounted for, both deposits AND transactions but the App is constantly like "I'll get around to those pendings one of these days." If that could be tightened up a bit, it'd be a 5 star app. Good way to get people to miscalculate how much money they have so you can get them to overdraw.

Great banking app for typical bank account stuff. Easy to add external accounts. A little bit less intuitive for buying stocks or ETFs in a brokerage account than say Cashapp, but it works once you get the hang of it. One thing I would say is that it is annoying how when redeeming credit card rewards. you cannot just select to redeem "all rewards" rather, you have to type in the dollar amount of rewards you want to redeem. Just add a "Redeem All" feature like everyone else. :-). #loudspeaker

I just opened this account and really like their mobile app and it's really awesome how they have custom debit cards that you can put whatever you want on your card and make it totally unique to anyone else's card. my account was simple to set up and I am looking forward to banking with them. and I also can't wait to use my new debit card and show it off . lol .. if your looking to switch banks definitely give Wells Fargo a chance I'm positive you'll be happy you did!

This app was perfectly fine up until the last update. I'm not sure what happened, or if it doesn't support Samsung products, but I can no longer sign onto the app. Whenever I log in it shows the error message of "Your sign on cannot be completed at this time", but the website works just fine. If I wasn't on the go nearly all of the time, that might be fine to have to stop and open a browser and then put all my info in. I'm considering switching banks now, this is kind of pathetic.

The app stopped working a month or two ago. I have the same issues as everyone else. Login rarely works. When it does, the app gets stuck on a white screen, or kicks me out again. I emailed support, they told me to call the 800 number (like all the other reviewers here). I called that but gave up after 2.5 minutes of their automated phone maze. "Press 1 for.... press 2 for.... sorry, I didn't quite catch that..." I'm just going to stick with the website for now. Hopefully they fix the app eventually.
