This app is a scam and a fraud. When I request a service, it displays an incredibly low price—which is supposedly the final amount I’ll be charged at the end of the trip—but when I check my bank account, I find that I’ve been charged more than what the trip estimate indicated. For example, on one trip I took, the app stated that the total cost would be $9.39; however, when I checked my bank statement, it showed that I had actually been charged $13.00. I do not trust or recommend this app at all

This app is great! When drivers don't constantly cancel on you after you wait 10 mins and the GPS is a bit wonky. I would love to use this app all the time but drivers canceling out of nowhere can be really stressful which happens quite often. I only use it if I have time to kill and don't gotta get somewhere fast, its just becoming a little too unreliable for fast service.

I've tried to support this for a while, but it's become worse and worse. It's glitchy, the times and prices they estimate are always wrong, and there's no real way to deal with issues. They accept your ride and then leave and go somewhere else entirely? Stay in a parking lot, unmoved for ten minutes? You're getting charged for canceling. I had a driver fake car issues to drop me off in some random parking lot several miles from my destination, they got the full payment and I have heard nothing.

when the driver shows up , don't get lost, and doesn't idle on 4 min away for 10 min the app can be cheaper though than Uber or Lyft but there's no customer service number you have to email and wait and wait. I emailed about a ride that never showed up. I'm still waiting for a response that was like 2 weeks ago. I got charged for it and they never showed up. plus I was locked out on my account for 2 months because I couldn't get a hold of anybody. finally got back in it. this app can be iffy🤷

I don't know if this is just my area, but this app is full of scammers who get to about a minute of your location and just idle there until you cancel. If you cancel within a minute distance of your location, you pay a fee, and there's no customer support to dispute it. You could just order another taxi and let them wait there until they cancel on their own, but it ends up being a huge waste of time
