GPS Tracker: Location Tracking

It was not consistent on accuracy. My biggest issue is I got a new phone. When I tried to get my phone on the account, it would send me a code like any 2FA app or site, except their codes don't work. It's a 4 digit code but when I put it in the app, it says wrong code. I did this many times. I sent an email to their support. They responded once initially which was to watch for any updates. Over 2 months later of paid yr sub, no updates, no further support from them, still don't work. Canceled

I just spent $53 for nothing really and can't even get my money back. They make you think if you do the subscription then you have access to everything but you don't, they have multiple different subscriptions. I wanted access to unlimited listening minutes but they want another $40 something for that and then another $40ish for other features. Very misleading.

This app is basically unusable. Codes it gives to set up your child's phone, won't work. When you try to get help, it takes forever to actually chat with a person, and they give no help whatsoever. They told me to restart the app to get another code, but it doesn't work the way they showed to restart it, so, you can't restart it. I paid for a year's subscription, tried to cancel due to the app being unusable, and there are no refunds! I just paid the subscription a week ago!

I really enjoy this app. I was going to try several before making a choice, but honestly this one seems to check all the boxes of what I'm looking for. I do pay for a subscription, but it's about the price of a fancy coffee per month, more than worth it for the peace of mind it offers. I get notifications when my daughter's phone is dying. When she leaves somewhere, when she arrives at (or is heading towards) know/saved places. How fast she's going, how long she's been traveling.

it's good but I'm not receiving notifications although everything is enabled and I have paid. I'm not receiving notifications to say she is on the move or when she let's home. Sometimes it may say she's home 5 mins after she's got home, so I'm constantly having to go into the app to see if she's left where she is which is not ideal. Is there anyway tou cab sort this please?
