Hobnob - Invitation Card Maker

The app no longer works the way it used to. I paid $48 to send 1000 invites. A month later, the invites have not been sent. Customer service told me I need to break the list into smaller numbers. No. I took time to upload 1000 invites. I'm not doing it again because you falsely advertised a service.

incredibly hard or impossible to edit templates (font, color, size). you can do some things on the app that you can't do on the website and vice versa. you can only email to get help but they take more than a week to reply. you can't upload your csv or Excel file without it telling you there's an error, even though you're using THEIR template. Some of the templates are available on Android, some arent. But they're avail on the website?etc etc etc. I hate this app/site and I'll never use it again

Never had issues before. This was the only app I used, but this time, many technical issues. I contacted Hobnob, and they tried to help, but my issues are still not resolved. When guests respond, I'm not notified at all. When they message me, there are no notifications. I just message my guest and the majority haven't received it. Very frustrating 😕

I am starting to think that all positive reviews are coming from iOS users and not Android users. I downloaded the app for a largish event (50+ invites) and I have heard good things from iOS friends, so decided to give it a try and pay for Plus. What a mistake! Most of the features that are part of the "Plus" plan don't work on Android. Now I feel like a dunce! Other Android users beware!

Positives, I could put in my own photo to use and the invitaion looked nice. The negatives, you can't message anyone through the app unless they download it and I couldn't send an invitation to one person. I contacted their support and they didn't get back to me until after my RSVP date and only after I sent another complaint in. And they didn't fix the problem, they just gave me 10 more invitations to use this month?! I did pay for one of their packages. I am deleting.
